The People team champions great colleague experiences today and grows the capability and confidence of our people that will help us achieve even more tomorrow.
Through trusted partnerships and colleague-centred solutions, the team help create environments where individuals and teams can perform at their best, so together we can deliver for customers and consumers.
Working closely with leaders and teams across Smart DCC, the team supports every stage of the employee experience, from onboarding, benefits and development to engagement, workplace and wellbeing. Their work is customer-centric and insights-led, using data, feedback and experience to shape decisions, strengthen skills, and continuously improve how we work.
As Smart DCC evolves and transforms into a skills-first organisation, the People team plays a central role in setting our colleagues up for success today and every day.
